Social Security Disability Claims

If your applications for Social Security Disability, Supplemental Security Income or Childhood Disability have been denied, or Social Security has stopped paying your disability, I can help you. I have 10 years of experience in the Social Security field and I have represented my clients at all levels of the administrative process including the Reconsideration stage, the Hearing Stage and the final administrative appeal to the Appeals Council. If that appeal is denied, a lawsuit must be sent to the Federal District Court. I am a member of the federal court of the Middle District of Florida.

Criminal Cases

I have been practicing in the criminal field since 1990, when I started out in Palm Beach County Office of the Public Defender. I attended the National Criminal Defense College. I went into private practice in 1994 and continue to handle criminal cases. I have represented clients in all areas of criminal law including misdemeanors, e.g. domestic battery, DUI, driving on a suspended license, reckless driving, theft, and contracting without a license. I have also represented clients in felony cases including, but not limited to, drug offenses, sex offenses, felony and aggravated battery. I have also represented clients who are accused of violating their probation.

Family Law

I have represented clients in a number of different areas of family law since 1994 including divorce, child support, visitation, alimony and restraining orders.
